All orders are shipped in a heavy padded mailer or USPS priority box depending
on the order size. Larger orders may ship via alternate carrier such as FEDEX
or UPS at our discretion.
Packaging:
All discs come packaged and labeled in our own slim line media case with
the History Focus product labeling. Where possible the packaging will be
shown on the product page for a given item.
Product navigation, indexing, and support programs.
When a specific piece of software is required to view or use files provided
by History Focus it is either included on the cd or dvd, made available for
download, or made available for sale. In all cases customers will be made
aware of all required software(s) prior to purchasing our products.
Obtaining Prints of specific images:
Many items offered on this site can be digitally re-printed.

vaudeville, classic art, vintage baseball cards, and more.
Those wishing to reprint there own items can get large reprints using a local
Kinkos copy shop. They generally charge
per square foot and require you to hand them 'print ready' files. This means
you must perform any and all restoration.
For classroom and other small format use an inexpensive home ink jet printer
can be used.
Shipping:
All Orders Are Shipped FREE anywhere in the world.
U.S. destinations: All orders ship via USPS priority mail. Delivery
time is typically 2-4 business days from date of order.
NON U.S. destinations: orders are shipped via the most economically
reliable method. While most NON U.S. orders will arrive in about 7 days some
orders may be delayed in customs or other reasons beyond our control.
Return Policy:
As History Focus provides extensive samples and product indexes on our products
description pages this allows the end user ample time and resources to verify
a product is suitable for his/her use.
Damaged items will be replaced free of charge at our discretion.
Media can be returned one time for store credit.
